Please note that as an Internet based company the PRIMARY means of contact is via email.
Sales information only via telephone on 0845 125 9535. (Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm).
Payment via VISA, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Switch, Electron and cheque (will require 3-10 days for clearance),
(in some circumstances we will not accept payment via Solo / Electron).
It is our policy only to ship to the VERIFIED card holder address, this is normally done electronically in the event we can not do so it will delay the order and may lead to a request to buy being declined. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the data given is correct with their bank records.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the payment/s process without problem, we accept no responsibility for delays caused by payment problems..
Credit card payments aren't processed automatically, they will generally only be processed when the goods are ready to be despatched, the exception being spares items where payment will be processed at time of order.
Sending details via this website is an "offer to buy", "all" details are verified and vetted as correct before we accept them as an "order". An email copy of some the "offer to buy" details is sent, this is not a receipt of payment nor order confirmation / acknowledgment, merely a copy of the customer request.
Additional information may be requested, if not provided in timely or mannerly fashion will result in the details being deleted from our systems. Any query unanswered after 10 days will be deleted but may be provided to the police if such action is appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any goods, without explanation.
Any query received regarding pricing, orders or any other matter not in a mannerly, civil fashion will be ignored, after being referred to this statement.
Cancellations, any cancellation must be notified in writing / email to service and must be confirmed by ourselves. We have no wish to send goods that are not wanted but logistically there may not be time to cancel an order before it has processed / packed / shipped, this process can take less then 15 minutes.
This webpage is primarily designed for business users and as such all prices exclude delivery service and VAT.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations and other reasons, any changes will be notified by email / telephone. The online prices can sometimes be a penny out (more/less) due to different roundings between the website and accounts systems.
All customers please note
If you have ordered a spares item which shows no available stock the normal ETA is 7-10 days but this is an ESTIMATE, some parts can take longer. Payment for such will be taken when we process it. If you don’t accept either proviso then please contact us and we will cancel.
With specific reference to DVD media, it’s the responsibility of the customer to ensure that DVD drives / writers / players firmware is up to date. This ensures maximum media compatibility, which is NEVER 100%. In some cases even with latest firmware some media may not work with a given drive / setup, this does not mean the media is defective. If on testing such media we find it works for us we will not refund / replace it.
If we have a media that’s is causing problems we will discontinue its supply, we’ve not seen that for several years.
This policy is to ensure all customers are not paying more to cover such when its not their or our fault.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that what you are ordering is the correct item and that it will work in your device for the intended use.
At no time can we / do we indicate that any product is 100% suitable for all devices, customers equipment, OS, firmware and condition thereof is not our responsibility. It is not within our remit nor will we do third party technical support.
Where items are Large / heavy / bulky ie jewel cases / DVD covers, delivery charges are approximate and may need to be palletised, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery charge to reflect the true cost. In that case customers will be advised of change for approval before the order is processed.
NOTE: All delivery shortages must be informed to us in writing within 5 Days.
