How to contact us.

Please note that as an internet based company the PRIMARY means of contact is email.

Email is prioritised in separate categories as below, please ensure you send your enquiry to the correct address, failure to do so will, at least, result in a delayed reply.

Aftersales Order queries, delivery confirmations and returns, you MUST quote the order reference number.
We aim to reply in 30 minutes Mon-Fri 10am 3PM.
Presales Sales queries, pricing, availability.
Technical Technical support regarding drivers, compatibility and other technical issues.


NB. We see many problems with AOL / Hotmail email accounts, they seem to block many legitimate emails as spam, we can accept no responsibility for this.

NB. You MUST quote the order reference number on all communications.

Whilst we appreciate spam is a problem it is the responsibility of the customer that our valid emails get through (all email wiil be sent from ) and are not blocked by spam checking software. We do not validate emails as requested by spam systems.
Our priority is to deal with service / internet orders before anything else.
